Got it only recently but it seems to do what's needed for our small guest suite (352 SF area to outside of walls). I definitely appreciate the low fan noise level.

Overall the machine works well and as advertised. It's not quiet enough to personally have in my room to sleep with, but that may not be the intended purpose so that's likely on me. Other than that it dries up the room and my wet gear when I need it to, so I expect it to be working well in the future.

I purchased this dehumidifer for a very small basement and set the target at 50% RH. The unit can't get below 60%. And it is only May in the Northeast. It runs non-stop and the intake is starting to ice over. What's going to happen to it when July and August roll around. Not pleased with the performance.

I purchased the subj a few weeks ago and it's worked fine, but I have a couple of questions: 1) I run it for a couple of hours in the morning and again in the afternoon/evening. Initially, the humidity started out at 65-70 but quickly (in 5-10 minutes) reached the setting of 45. Now it seems to stop at 50 for 30+ minutes. Is that something to be concerned about? 2) Is my operation sequence outlined above a good approach (two hours twice a day)?

In my small condo I have a basement. I need the space for storage but the humidity really destroys stuff. The previous owner left me an old dehumidifier which was loud and my electricty bill ballooned if I tried to use it. This Frigidaire dehumidifier was highly rated online and came in a size perfect for my small basement. It is whisper quiet and reliable. My electric bill hardly notices it. Emptying the thing is simple with a removable bucket that has a handy handle. I was so pleased, I followed up with a new Frigidaire refrigerator, which just arrived! Nice to know of a reliable brand to turn to.

We are very pleased with our Frigidaire Dehumidifier. We have only had it working for about three weeks and we were emptying the bucket every two or three days. We added the hose for continuous draining into the sump pump only had once issue. The hose should not have any upward bends or the unit will continue to drain into the bucket. Once we routed the hose properly, it all worked like a champ.

The previous same model and new Frigidaire Dehumidifier functioned perfectly for 3 months and then it stopped for no apparent reason. I followed the manual's trouble-shooting suggestions without success. Unfortunately, it had to be reordered with its warranty and I hope the new one will last longer!

This is the 2nd Dehumidifier from Frigidaire I have got. I like the design and performance of the 50-pint version and needed a smaller version now. Both are well-designed. Only shortcoming is the model is not smarthome enabled. Hoping the product team consider that soon.

We bought this unit about a month ago, and so far it has been working great. Obviously the real test is over the long haul, but the auto drain feature was easy to set up, and has been working fine. I will be curious to see where it's at a year or two from now.

Seems to work well; but boy is it noisy. I have 50 pt and a 35 pt dehumidifiers in 2 other rooms and they are much more quiet. Would absolutely recommend Frigidaire for the 30 and 35 pt dehumidifiers--not sure if I would for a 22 pt. I wanted the smaller footprint but now wish I had found a different spot and gotten a quieter--bigger dehumidifier for this room.

This appliance is quiet and efficient in removing moisture. For some reason, the cap does not close properly, allowing water to run on the floor. However, when I attach a hose to it for continuous drainage, it works fine.

Works well. Only issue was it seemed difficult to get a hose drain attached that did not leak. Used plumbler tape and it sealed properly. It did not come with a drain hose so I purchase a garden hose from Lowes.

It is constructed with quality, has aesthetic appeal (White, with simple settings on the lid, wheels for mobility). The directions are simple, it is easy to operate, and the capacity of 22 pints an easy empty and reset. My old farmhouse had been vacant for an entire spring and summer and I dreaded what I'd find when I returned in the fall. As I'd feared it was damp and stuffy with noticeable spots of mold and mildew. I had to do something right away as I had moved back in. I'm pretty frugal and I consider myself a pretty good shopper so though I was in a bit of a hurry to get my problem taken care of, I'd never purchased a dehumidifier so I had some research to do. I did it all online, going to a couple of different websites and narrowed it down to the features I thought I needed. I also didn't have a lot of money to spend on this unplanned purchase. This dehumidifier ticked off all the boxes. It's on wheels so it's easy to move around. It's relatively quiet. It's not too big or cumbersome and it does a great job! When I first turned it on, it was filling up every 12 hours. I couldn't believe the amount of water it was pulling out of the air. The house instantly felt more comfortable. Really, it's been a lifesaver. I haven't had any problems with it and look forward to starting it back up this spring.

This dehumidifier is substantially quieter than GE™™s similar 22 pint model, which we had tried first but found too loud, and the Frigidaire one has a more pleasant compressor noise by far. I can stand to be in the same room as it for quite a while when the fan is set on low. It can kick into a higher gear from time to time even with the fan set on low, which makes it louder for a period of time, but usually that is pretty brief. It works well at removing moisture from the air, and has a good array of features including auto-shut-off. I would recommend it if you are looking for a small dehumidifier.

I™™ve had my dehumidifier for about a month and am so impressed by its performance. It™™s very easy to set up and use. The only thing that I don™™t like is that it doesn™™t have a true timer. You can set when to turn on or when to turn off but not both. It™™s not the end of the world and mostly I set ot to turn on in the middle of the night and then I turn it off manually. The bucket is very easy to remove and dump out the water. It™™s amazing to see the water collected. This unit is perfect for a small medium size room.

This dehumidifier works very well. It is pulling 4-5 gallons of water a day and keeping the humidity level below 50%. It is a bit loud and gives off a good bit of heat, so not recommended for the bedroom. Is better for a bigger open space.

The Frigidaire 22 Pint Low Humidity dehumidifier is easy to use, maintain and set up. It's also incredibly efficient. My only issue was that the unit was leaking from the continuous drain even though the drain was capped and I never used it. It was an easy fix. I wrapped plumbing tape around the drain and placed the cap back on, but still it would be nice to have a unit issue free out of the box.

Great features and operations. Only complaint is that I couldn™™t find a hose that didn™™t leak when attached to the unit for continuous drain. Tried several hoses that didn™™t work. All leaked. Glad I tested them before leaving it for days or weeks. Possible design flaw on the male end of the attachment?

I was looking for a replacement of the 12 years old Frigidaire, because it was juts broken down. I feel very good impression of this old dehumidifier, so I picked up the new model from the current Frigidaire lineup. Then, since I was assuming that 70pt capacity of the old one is overkill for our current usage, I chose down-sized 22pt capacity here. In fact, fiirst I felt that this unit showed a bit lower dehumidifying power than our old unit. However, it turned out that I realized that it suffices our usage. Therefore, we are well satisfied with buying this model. This down-sizing would give us a couple of the benefits such as low electricity consumption and quietness. Just for your note, if you have a larger room, you might want to pick up a larger unit in the lineup, but it also depends on what you need with the unit. We keep dry in our small laundry room to complemet drying capability in the room. Overall, I am very satisfied with this smaller unit, which saves a lot of money as well as rather provides benign enviornment.
