Bought this 6 years ago during pandemic. Three weeks ago the refrigerator compartment started to get warm +40 degrees and freezer was 0. Got as high as 45 degrees and freezer still cold. No frost on coils. Called store we purchased from and their repairman came out. Instantly said it was thermostat. Waited a week for thermostat installation. In mean time refrigerator part did cool down for a couple of days to 36 with freezer at -5. Of course day repairman came to install thermostat it was working.Two days after repairman left started warming up again. Call the store repairman came out next day but working fine. checked compressor and said refrigerator was clean. four hours after he left it started warming up. 47 degrees. Called store was told repairman had done all he could, refunded my money. Now I have worthless refrigerator. UPDATE Thanks for the response but it is not very rational. Why would I want to continue contact with a dealer who basically told me find another repairman we have done all that we can. I feel all they did was come to my residence, visually inspect the refrigerator spending every bit of 15 -20 minutes total in two trips. The temperature of the sides of the refrigerator was checked with a temperature gun. I asked about what I considered the low volume of air coming out the vent and only coming out of the right side of the vent and was told that was normal. I asked about the evaporator fan and was informed it was running okay, that they usually either go out or stay on, not slow down. I have since replaced the evaporator fan myself and saw improvement. I still just have air flow out of the right side of the cold air vent in the refrigerator section and am beginning wonder if there is blockage somewhere. Even though I have used this store for years (since the 1960's) and they completely refunded their repair bill, I feel I can no longer work with them after being told to basically find another repairman.

It was supplied by Butte County Community action agency, supposed to be new with some missing shelves and ice taste funny doesn't have an ice maker but keeps food cold. So working but I worry about freeon leak because ice taste funny.

It is quiet, much quieter than my previous 22 year old fridge. The freezer is huge even with the space taken up by the ice maker. I went from a bottom freezer to this top freezer because it had more room in the freezer and is actually more efficient.

Very inefficient design. The refigirator under the freezer is so low that you have to bend in half each time to get something. Shelves are too deep and to get something you have to make complex motions. No ice maker plastic tray is supplied. Cheap trick

The top shelf **barely** allows my Zero Water pitcher in. I have to bend and fight that stupid control box to wiggle it in. That control unit should be on the back of the unit. That magnetic door isn't so magnetic either. And who designed the door so that a gallon of milk couldn't just be lifted out with nothing over it in the way over it?? NO, I would NOT recommend this refrigerator with its current design.

Gallon door bins equal shallw shelves

I do not buy anything in gallons, so it is awkward to find items to fit these huge door bins. In the freezer door items rattle around each time the door is opened. The shelves are shallow thanks to these deep door bins. .The temp in the freezer is 10 degrees and the fridge is 40 degrees. This is an "extra" fridge, but it just okay. The bottom shelf is really low and you have to duck in under the deep freezer door (thanks to gallon door bins) and reach way in to the shallow shelves. For the first time ever, I hope to do better than GE on my next fridge.
