KitchenAid Appliances Rebate

Offer Expires: 10/1/2026 to 12/31/2026 Must be postmarked by: 1/30/2027

Receive up to a $4000 rebate with purchase of qualifying KitchenAid Appliances. Rebate form must be postmarked by 1/30/2027.

Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Absolutely Poor Quality

GMK1 7/21/2026

Microwave looks great and that is where it ends. One year and 3 months later, it has malfunctioned -- digital part of the door will not connect -- cannot use microwave, time, exhaust, light -- completely broken. Repair man stated it is $500 to fix and $300 for labor - might as well purchase new. ONE YEAR AND 3 MONTHS and broken! And the sticker price is $1300 + ......... UNACCEPTABLE is an understatement! Going to reach out to Kitchenaid and see how they want to resolve/make right - truly hoping to be able to come back with much better outcome. UPDATE 7/21 Kitchenaid sent a response that they "apologized and wanted to help resolve". I called and spoke to them last week and they stated they would give a "one time" 20% discount OR a replacement part, I needed to get a repair person out and give the exact part and number. I set that up, had the repair man come out, got the part name and number. Called Kitchenaid back today and was told that they absolutely will not pay or replace anything. I asked to speak to a Supervisor, put on hold for 5 minutes, then told that a Supervisor will call me back within one business day......."that is our process" Cannot give me the name of the Supervisor, (literally couldn't tell me the name) the time they will (supposedly) be calling me, just that "a supervisor will call you back, your case has been escalated" Based on the NUMEROUS bad reviews, I can assume this is an ongoing problem with a faulty "lemon" microwave. It is beyond unfortunate and UNACCEPTABLE to be treated with this little concern. Wasted hours and misled, by 2 unprofessional Kitchenaid employees. WOULD NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND

Great but a bit finicky

Teddo213 6/29/2026

The microwave looks very sleek and has a lot of cool features that are available. That being said, we did have an issue with the control board which kitchenaid replaced under warranty. It is a bit weird aa it doesn™€™t have a turn table like traditional microwaves and we do find that food hears unevenly, especially in larger quantities. I™€™m not sure if we would buy the same model again but it does the job.

KitchenAid appliance Upgrade!

LisaLee1 6/26/2026

We couldn't be happier with our new KitchenAid appliances. They deliver the heavy-duty performance you expect from the brand while looking absolutely stunning in the kitchen.A massive selling point for us was the PrintShield finish. It is a total game-changer for keeping the kitchen looking pristine, as it completely resists smudges and fingerprints. Beyond the gorgeous exterior, every single feature works flawlessly and exactly as promised. They are reliable, quiet, and worth every penny.

Microwave is a Huge Disappointment

Jane W 3/18/2026

New microwave may be a lemon. Upon installation it made a strange noise when in operation. Many service calls and finally it was removed and taken back to shop where it™€™s been for several weeks. First part didn™€™t fix. A different part wa then ordered and am told it™€™s been delayed. I want to replace this model with a different one, but may need guidance from manufacturer as dealer has not offered me the option. As is, I have matching appliances and a bare wall where microwave should be.

Not much of a microwave

aemarko 1/20/2026

The air fryer and regular oven work fine, but as for the microwave... total disappointment. It does not cook evenly resulting in some parts burnt and some cold. We will continue to use the air fryer and regular oven, but we are purchasing a built-in microwave oven that is only a microwave. The upside is we will have 3 ovens for cooking plus a microwave. As far as installation, the instructions are incorrect and you have to figure out the correct position of the holes on the wall. They should have provided actual measurements and not just rely on a template if it is incorrect.

no turn table

kgillum 1/12/2026

Bought all KitchenAid appliances. This microwave has no turn table, meaning you have to keep opening the door to turn food. The clock and date keep saying "you have lost power" every other day. Does not cook popcorn or potatoes properly. The bottom of potatoes get hard. Air fryer leaves a huge mess on the bottom and takes a very very long time. Tried using it on Thanksgiving to cook corn bake, because it says it's an oven. It burnt the edges and the middle was liquid. I could go on. Very upset. Would love to exchange for a better version. Bought 3 year extended warranty. On the good side, it looks good in our kitchen. Thank you

Microwave is inadequate

Old Guy in TX 11/18/2025

I love KitchenAid products. I have a KitchenAid mixer (2), dishwasher, range and fridge. So when my microwave needed to be replaced, obviously I checked out KitchenAid. I spent a lot more money on this product because it claims to do EVERYTHING. The first one didn't work at all. So I replaced that with a new one. The second one works, but it is so under powered that I'm considering taking the $950 hit and buying a different one. I cook a lot, so having the option of a microwave that also bakes and more was intriguing. What the problem is: If I normally warm something up for 30 seconds, this microwave takes 90 seconds. An example: I put a bag of frozen corn in the microwave last night. Instructions are to heat it for 3 1/2 minutes. I finally took it out after 5. The baking option isn't any better. I baked muffins for the specified time of 12-15 minutes. After 22 minutes I took them out. They were baked, but I had to check every 2 minutes so they weren't over-baked. I haven't tried the air fryer. Frustrated in Texas.

La Jolla Bob 10/16/2025

Amazing composite of features. I was particularly fascinated by its ™€œtoaster oven™€capability and indeed it does toast albeit it requires close to twice the time a separate toaster oven requires. Fair enuf for an appliance which does so much. I know of no other consumer OTR comparable microwave. Applause to KitchenAid! microwave which

Avoid if at all possible

STV429 9/29/2025

Have had this product for about 8 months now, and it has nothing but flaws. It takes forever to cook anything in microwave mode. Took close to 20 minutes to cook a steamer bag of broccoli that should take 5/6 minutes. The toast function is terrible again takes upwards of 15 minutes for toast. It continuously resets, so I have to set the clock constantly. I'm will be getting a replacement either from KitchenAid or Square Trade, but this thing has got to go. It does look great though, but that's about all.

KMFF 730 microwave disappointing

Beverlyp 8/31/2025

We bought this KMMF 730 microwave microwave as part of entire Kitchen aide suite and are very disappointed. While we like the style and flush mount, it cooks slowly and unevenly. We have service out twice and they checked power and it was in the limits and was told by the service person they get this complaint alot, as this model is slow compared to older models. In addition we have to reset the clock and date/time at least 2x per week. We get a message of power had gone out, but the service person who came out before checked power twice and found it to be proper. No problems with any other kitchen or non kitchen appliance with clocks or power interruptions. Tried taking plug out and back in and same issue. very annoying and upsetting for a high priced high end microwave.

Paid more than $1000 and it™€™s faster to boil water on the stove. The programmed cook times-™€œReheat™€, ™€œSoften/Melt™€, etc-do not cook the food completely. The ™€œPopcorn™€ setting is a joke.

Worst appliance ever

Rocketfl1 6/28/2025

Bought from Famous Tate as part of a kitchen refresh. The KA fridge, dishwasher and stove are pretty good but if I didn't pay someone so much to install this microwave, it would be in the landfill. The only thing it has going for it is it's looks. That's where the love ends. I know better than to buy a "multi function" anything and this thing proves my point. It does nothing well, even microwave. If you want to be able to put something in, hit a few buttons and end up with a cooked product, forget it. You have to answer questions, confirm your choices, open the close the door and hit start, sometimes more than once. It is supposed to bake but the heat is so un-uniform that you have to move things around and rotate them constantly. The air fryer is a waste of time. You can't even set the time on this unit unless you have WiFi and set up a username and password and download an app. The manual says you can do it without WiFi but it didn't work for me (been an IT manager for 30 years). I really dread having to use this thing for anything. I'll probably go to Walmart and get a $99 counter top micro. The KA operating system (code) is buggy and seems like it was written to anger the end user and cost time with needless steps. The touch screen is very insensitive and there is usually a delay between key presses and action. Almost like the appliance is thinking about something and you interrupted it.

Poor Performance

Wally61% 6/15/2025

This microwave opens its door on its own. It does not pop popcorn leaving 1/3 of the kernels unpopped when using the popcorn setting despite an infrared sensor. It does not defrost meats despite the infrared censor. You have to rotate a plate when rewarming a dinner and even then the center does not warm properly. This was my 3rd microwave 2 Whirlpool and one Kitchenaid (all similar with additional features) and Whirlpool Corp is buying this one back. I am done with the brand despite having Washer, Dryer, Stove, and Fridge all from Whirlpool.

The Swiss Army knife of kitchen appliances

B & K 6/8/2025

We™€™re a senior retired couple and our home is only 10 years old. We wanted to upgrade our kitchen and went from a gas cooktop to induction. Then we installed this multi-function oven over it. 90% of what we were using our double ovens for is now done in the new oven and we gave our air fryer to our kids and freed up a bunch of counter space. We have to read the manual occasionally to understand the sequence of programming for all of the different functions but this machine should be the standard in new homes. The cooking cavity is smaller than conventional microwaves but there is room enough for our Dutch oven so we cook roasts in it rather than heat up the big oven. That will just be for the Thanksgiving turkey hereafter. Besides the functionability, it looks great in the space with it™€™s flush with the cabinets design and black glass front. Wishing we had done this sooner. Very satisfied with this appliance.

Does not work as required for a microwave

Wally13 5/29/2025

After having to replace 2 other Whirlpool Microwaves we were upgraded to this unit. The automatic setting for defrost runs at 20% for 5 seconds and then turns off for 20 seconds and is supposed to repeat until the food is thawed. After 20 minutes of attempting to thaw 2 pounds of ground beef it was still hard as when it came out of the freezer and still had ice on the plastic bag. I was then told that the unit is operating normally and should use manual settings at 50% power and to observe the meat during the entire defrosting process. I have attempted to use the setting for popcorn and it leaves over 20% of the kernels unpopped using Orville Reddinbachers popcorn. If allowed to cook longer it begins to burn the popcorn. Very disappointed in this unit and the 5 service calls to reach this point.

Great All in One

Brian Sevi 5/26/2025

Wanted a flush mount when re-doing the kitchen cabinets, liked that this appliance was all in one with a toaster and air fryer. we've had it installed for 2 months and are very happy with it. Love not having the other items on the counter. Was worried about the size of the interior, so far it has not been an issue. It takes some getting use to the interior sensors, items that would have boiled over or exploded in our old microwave, just take a little more time to warm. Easy to install, and we rotated the fan motor to vent outside, THE BEST VENT FAN I'VE EVER SEEN. Hope the appliance is durable enough to last a good long time.

A $1000 Mistake ™€" Please Do Not Buy!

AVA1 5/23/2025

I™€™ve had this multifunction oven for three months, and it has disappointed from the very beginning. As a vegetarian, I cook a lot of vegetables, and the air fry feature is completely ineffective. Zucchini takes over 40 minutes just to get soft ™€" no browning at all. Cauliflower turns chewy. Eggplant is a disaster. Even with a service tech present, I was told to try different racks, remove the oil catch pan, and change temperatures ™€" none of which improved results. During the visit, the technician was told on the phone that the air fryer heat source was on the side, but we could clearly see the top coil turning red ™€" raising further questions about how the feature is supposed to work. The popcorn setting doesn™€™t pop a full bag ™€" the response I got was that it depends on the brand. The broiler has the same weak performance. The reheat function is baffling ™€" instead of practical options like ™€œpizza™€ or ™€œvegetables,™€ it gives you ™€œcoffee,™€ ™€œtea,™€ ™€œmilk,™€ ™€œwater,™€ and ™€œsoup.™€ None of these work well anyway. Reheating a plate makes the dish blazing hot while the food stays cold. Cooking frozen meals according to package instructions leaves them still frozen or cooked unevenly. The oven mode is wildly inconsistent ™€" sometimes barely warm at 350°F, other times burning the food on the same setting. You have to hover and check constantly. After my first week of issues, I had to download their app just to receive service. The tech diagnosed a firmware update. Three months later, nothing has improved. For the second service visit, they ordered parts but refused to authorize repair. When I showed photos of failed attempts to air fry zucchini at 400°F, I was told: ™€œIs the unit getting hot? Then it™€™s working as it™€™s supposed to.™€ Never mind that it takes forever and doesn™€™t actually cook anything properly. Bottom line: this is an expensive appliance that simply gets hot ™€" erratically ™€" and does not perform any function well. The company seems more interested in disclaiming problems than solving them. Please don™€™t waste your money like I did and regret your purchase.

Door Control Panel Froze

ChesapeakeVA 5/8/2025

I replaced all my kitchen appliances about a year ago with Kitchenaid products, and basically I was very happy with all of them until the Microwave (model KMMF730PPS00) door control panel froze and became unresponsive. Tried all the tips recommended on the web to reset the control panel but to no avail. Had 3 different Kitchenaid repair techs assess and all said the same thing - door needs to be replaced. One of the techs also indicated he had seen this happen several times with this model. Door has been on backorder, just received it and waiting on tech to install. I like Kitchenaid products, but I cannot recommend this model.

Very nice microwave but takes a bit to get used to it. I like that it has a built in air fryer and also you can bake in it. Still have not figured it all out yet. Looks good to.

Features need to be fine tuned

The song bird 5/4/2025

The salesman recommended this micro to me as the one I wanted was on back order/ now discontinued. It doesn't suite my families lifestyle. We usually warm our plates of food ,however, the inside is too small for a regular plate of food. It can't accommodate a corning ware dish (space is too small). Print shield does not match my other kitchen aid appliances. The finish tone is too low. I recommend Kitchen aid go back to the drawing board on this product.

Cooks slow and uneven

Randy P 4/18/2025

We just installed and started using this microwave a few weeks ago, and we are very disappointed. While it has many different functions it does not perform the simple cooking and heating functions in an acceptable fashion. Everything we try to defrost, cook or heat up by either using the cook time or the pre set functions take about twice as long as the 12 year old GE microwave we previously had, and it defrosts and cooks very unevenly. We have read the manual and control guide, and it barely functions. Dealing with customer service has not been good either. I was on the phone for over an hour with 3 different people to try to get an answer to a simple question and never got a direct answer. Very expensive microwave that is barely useable

Disappointed in Kmmf730 microwave performance

Randy P 4/17/2025

We have had and used our Kmmf730 microwave for about 2 weeks now and our very disappointed. We bought an entire suite of Kitchen Aide appliances, and the microwave is barely useable. It takes a very long time to cook and defrost food and it cooks and defrosts very unevenly. Compared to our GE microwave we had for about 12 years it is barely functional, and cost a lot. In addition, the instructions to operate are difficult to find and understand and it is even very hard to set the time.

Good microwave

Jean4 4/16/2025

We bought this unit a month ago. It has taken a bit to get used to the features but once we figured them out the unit works very well. It is best to take all the shelves out when microwaving food. The popcorn setting does NOT work with microwave popcorn bags.

Do we have "lemon laws" for home appliances?

tnt55 4/1/2025

Had a upper tier Kitchenaid that lasted 14 years without any problems until it eventually died of old age. Thought I would spend the money on this model. I knew that some reviews were not great, but I rolled the dice. Might have made a huge mistake. I am having to reset date/time at least twice weekly if not more. This unit can't seem to hold programming. Always gives a "power interruption" error when there is none. I am starting to believe "power interruption" is the go-to error for a very bad design. Phone support advises to update os but a service tech has advised replacing door with no guarantee that a new door will not suffer the same problems.

Does not reheat food correctly-Cannot pop popcorn

Microwave Issues 3/14/2025

This is our second unit! We replaced the first unit and had to replace it within 1 month. We were told that the computer board could be the issue, that is why we tried our luck and purchased the second unit. We upgraded to this unit which is more expensive than the first unit. It will not heat up food properly, it cannot pop popcorn properly. We have not used any other features, other than to re-heat food and popcorn. We have tried the Popcorn feature and a manual cook time for the popcorn. It takes approximately 6 minutes to make popcorn. When reheating food, the plateware gets extremely hot, but not the food. I have read other similar reviews with the same issue. It is a beautiful Multifunction Over-the-Range Oven, it is such a shame it does not work. We also own a Kitchen Aid dishwasher, electric range, and French style Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Does Kitchen Aid have a solution? Will Kitchen Aid recall these units?

Think twice before buying

DAL05 3/10/2025

The microwave had issues from the beginning. About a week after delivery I noticed water dripping from the inside of the microwave on to the counter. Called for repair, The repair team comes out to assess and order parts. After the part(s) are received a repair appointment is made. This takes about 7-10 days. The circuit board was replaced, and the vent/fan still isn't wasn't working properly. Shortly after we also noticed a grinding noise. We also started getting a random message that the unit lost power and then another error randomly stating that we needed to check our food. The repair team assessed the issue and determined the grinding was the mixer/stirer, the part was ordered and soon after replaced. However, we continue to get the error messages-randomly. Kitchen Aid was contacted on each occasion and we are told that as long as there is a part available the microwave will be repaired and not replaced. Water/condensation continues to build up inside the microwave because of the faulty fan and ANOTHER circuit board has been ordered. Waiting for repair to replace, again. For the past 3 months (the amount of time we have had the microwave) water has been accumulating inside the microwave each time it is used, no telling what part will fail next due to water exposure. The vent/fan still isn't working and we are beginning to notice the grinding noise AGAIN. Since there isn't a turntable, this microwave cooks very different. We often find that the food on the bottom of the dish over cooks. Kitchen Aid does not stand behind their products. Think twice before buying.

To hot

Lee1004 3/9/2025

This microwave convection oven, owned for over a year, functions solely as a microwave due to consistent burning of all cooked items. The product, purchased for supplemental oven use, is highly disappointing. Thermometer readings significantly exceed set temperatures (e.g., 400°F instead of the set 325°F), indicating a need for calibration. However, calibration instructions are unavailable.

DO NOT BUY!

TTurk 2/6/2025

Bought a week before Christmas 2024, & have problems from 1 week in. I™€™m embarrassed for kitchen aid where some of the design & functionality is concerned. Mine has had electronic issues such as ™€œlost power™€ message & having to reset to factory default settings to get it to do anything™€¦4x now in 1.5 mths. Then it started not keeping time properly on the clock. I™€™d reset then it either loses or gains time. Cleaning the screen with no lock out of controls is a pain as another person stated. It™€™s weird to just set a plate or dish on the bottom & I don™€™t see the bottom lasting long with things sliding in & out of it but remains to be seen. No turntable is odd but the worst is not being able to clean splatter in the top metal vents because they don™€™t remove. The steam clean function does not get it out & you have no way to wipe it out if something splatters in it. The air fry mode is horrible, & the micro takes longer than any micro I™€™ve had to include a kitchenaid convect micro I just replaced with this horrible one. It heats unevenly as well. . Don™€™t expect crisp food & if you are able to get it, it™€™ll take way longer than a real airfryer. IMO this micro should be recalled, & designed better before released again & release something that we have come to know & love with past Kitchenaid products. I have always had & loved every Kitchenaid large & small appliance, now I™€™m scared to own any. The only thing I™€™m in love with is the cabinet depth for a sleek, more spacious appearance.

Meh™€¦

GemTones 1/16/2025

This unit tries to be a lot of things, and masters none. It's "okay." Takes over a minute minute to reheat a half a cup of lukewarm coffee. Takes 11 minutes to toast an english muffin. Steam clean function is feckless. Intermittent problem with a "lost power, please reset date and time" message. Supposedly they'll be replacing the UI in the door. Well see what happens.

Not so great

Casey62 11/7/2024

Kitchen Aide appliances aren™€™t the greatest. I have all Kitchen Aide and 4 months ago, replaced 3 of them. The last microwave only lasted a few years and never worked properly. Had to unplug it and didn™€™t buy a new one for many years. Since the other appliances are KA, we wanted to replace with the same. This new one loses power every week and I have to redo the time and date. There aren™€™t any instructions. Too hard to find online. Can™€™t even use the convection or air fryer, because no instructions. These are more expensive than most and not worth it.

Lots of features that barely work

Ash S. 10/3/2024

We bought this microwave with a full kitchen suite and absolutely hate it. We love all our other appliances so much, but the microwave frustrates us daily. The ™€œno turntable™€ simply means food will not cook or heat up evenly, for example, you cook a frozen burrito and one end is frozen the other is not, not a problem with ANY other normal turntable microwave. Then you have the problem that because the food stays still it takes longer to heat. Then the features that we originally bought it for like the oven and air fry work horribly compared to dedicated appliances. This microwave can do everything, but it can™€™t do anything good. Only 2 months in and already trying to buy a new one.

Way more than a microwave

Aimeenorton7 7/20/2024

Love this appliance! It has rendered our toaster oven and air fryer obsolete. Which frees up a lot of counter space. The design is gorgeous! It sits flush with our cabinets and looks super high end. It has a large capacity interior which is wonderful and I love that it comes with all the trays you need for each option and it has SO many options. I don™€™t know if I will ever get to use them all. It does take a while to get used to using it. The ™€œdoor open™€ button should be a stand alone button as the glass surface is so hard to keep clean of all the fingerprints. Overall I am beyond pleased with this purchase. It look and is just amazing!

Worse at every function

AED_ 7/19/2024

This microwave functions poorly as a microwave, toaster, and air fryer. It also requires you to carefully read instructions each time you use it to ensure you are using the right pan at the right height and selecting the options for each cook mode. The buttons to accept/change settings change depending on cook mode and context so it's important to read the screen carefully every time and not expect an intuitive interface. Microwaving is MUCH slower than I am used to and the sensor functions are pretty bad. It's frustrating to put a pound of meat in on the defrost setting, wait over 12 minutes, then see that the meat is still fully frozen. The popcorn setting left so many unpopped kernels. The reheat function sometimes results in lukewarm food. The frustration comes from microwaving a plate for longer times than I am used to and never being able to trust the results. Air fryer mode does not crisp food anywhere near as well as a countertop air fryer. If you air fry a lot, you will be disappointed. It performs more like a toaster oven. Toasting bread takes a very long time and leaves one side pale. This is the main function of a toaster. I have ruined so much food trying to calibrate what settings to use for normal cooking results. I am mostly ok with the vent fan performance. When it vents the interior of the oven, it sometimes covers the cabinet above it in greasy steam that is hard to clean and seems like it will damage the cabinet over time.
